Ireland Trade Promotion Terms

1. Compliance
All Ireland trade promotions operated by Manifest Prizes comply with the Irish Gaming and Lotteries Acts and relevant Irish gaming regulator guidelines. Each trade promotion includes a free postal entry route as required by law.
2. Eligibility
Open to Ireland residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Manifest Prizes and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Method
Entries may be obtained by purchasing a trade promotion package or by free postal entry. Free postal entries carry the same weight as purchased entries. Details of the free entry route are displayed on each trade promotion page.
4. Draw Process
Winners are selected via a live random number generator draw, broadcast on our social media channels. The draw is conducted in the presence of an independent witness. All entry numbers are published prior to the draw.
5. Prize Delivery
Prizes are delivered within 30 days of the draw. Vehicle prizes include registration transfer and delivery to a mainland Ireland address. Cash alternatives may be offered at the discretion of Manifest Prizes.
6. Winner Notification
Winners are notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 days or a redraw may be conducted.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ireland jurisdiction.
